Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using the SKiiLLY mobile application ("App"), you (the "Parent" or "User") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") on behalf of yourself and the child(ren) you register ("Child"). If you do not agree, please do not use this application.

• You must be 13 years or older or the legal parent/guardian of the child.

• The App is intended for children aged 5–18 with verifiable parental consent for children under 13 years old.

• Use by children under 13 is prohibited, unless an account is owned and run by a parent/guardian.

• You must provide verifiable parental consent before creating a child profile.

• You may review, correct, or delete you/ your Child’s data at any time via User Profile > Edit Profile.

• Contact us at team@skiilly.com to revoke consent or request deletion.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.

• All Child profiles are private by default.

• You control visibility (private, followers-only, or public).

• Public profiles may be viewed by other SKiiLLY users and shared externally.

• You own all photos, videos, and stats you upload ("User Content").

• You grant SKiiLLY a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
  - Host, display, edit (e.g., highlight reels), and distribute User Content within the App.
  - Create AI-generated reports, posters, and branded content.

• You confirm you have all rights and consents (including from coaches/clubs) to upload content.

You agree not to:

• Upload inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content.

• Harass, bully, or impersonate others.

• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission.

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App.

• Entry is voluntary and subject to official rules.

• Prizes are non-transferable; no cash alternative.

• Winners may be required to provide shipping details.

• Premium features will be offered via auto-renewing subscription.

• Pricing and terms will be clearly displayed at purchase.

• Cancel anytime via App Store or Google Play; no refunds for partial months.

• "SKiiLLY," logos, and App design are trademarks of SKiiLLY Ltd.

• All software, AI tools, and templates are protected by copyright.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• That content will always be available or accurate.

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

• You may delete your account anytime via User Profile > Delete Account.

• All licenses end upon termination.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be notified in-app.
