SKiiLLY is committed to providing a safe environment for all users, with zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

We take our responsibility to protect children and young people seriously and have implemented comprehensive safety measures to prevent, detect, and respond to any form of child exploitation.

Zero Tolerance Policy

SKiiLLY has a strict zero tolerance policy for any content, behaviour, or activity that involves or promotes:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

  • Sexual exploitation of minors

  • Grooming or inappropriate contact with minors

  • Any form of child endangerment

Any user found to be engaging in such activities will be immediately banned from our platform, and we will report all instances to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Age Restrictions and Verification

SKiiLLY is intended for users aged 13 and above. We require users to:

  • Provide accurate age information during account creation

  • Comply with our Terms of Service age requirements

  • Understand that misrepresentation of age may result in immediate account termination

We actively monitor for and investigate accounts that may be misrepresenting their age or engaging in inappropriate behaviour with minors.

Content Moderation

We employ multiple layers of content moderation to protect our community:

  • Automated Systems: Advanced technology to detect and remove harmful content

  • User Reporting: Easy-to-use reporting tools for users to flag concerning content or behavior

  • Proactive Monitoring: Continuous monitoring of platform activity for safety concerns

If you encounter any content or behaviour that violates our child safety standards, please report it immediately:

  • In-App Reporting: Use the Contact Us feature within the SKiiLLY app

  • Emergency Situations: If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement immediately

All reports are reviewed promptly and investigated thoroughly. We take every report seriously and maintain confidentiality throughout the process.

Response and Action

When we receive a report of potential child safety violations:

  1. We immediately review and assess the reported content or behaviour

  2. We take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban

  3. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations

Education and Prevention

We are committed to preventing harm before it occurs:

  • Clear community guidelines and safety information within the app

  • Regular safety reminders and educational content

  • Ongoing training for our moderation and safety teams
