SKiiLLY Ltd ("we", "us", "our") operates the SKiiLLY mobile app ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data for parents and children aged 5–18 in the United Kingdom.

We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

3. Parental Consent

  • Children under 13 require verifiable parental consent before any data is processed.

  • Consent is obtained via email verification during the sign up process.

  • You can withdraw consent anytime via User Profile > Delete Account. All data is deleted within 48 hours.

4. How We Use Your Data

  • Display Child profiles (private by default).

  • Generate leaderboards, competition entries, AI match reports.

  • Send notifications.

  • Improve the App (anonymised analytics)

  • Support your queries (team@skiilly.com)

  • We do not allow children (under 13) to create accounts directly.

  • All actions require parental login.

  • No transfers outside the UK/EU.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. Significant changes will be:

  • Notified in-app

  • Highlighted on login
